Job Title: Junior Customer Success Manager

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our clients. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to gain in-depth experience of the verification space within the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a solid understanding of our products and processes, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of client relationships, including onboarding, value realization, and renewal, while identifying opportunities for further adoption of our services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely problem resolution and escalation support.
  • Prepare regular reporting and data analysis of client activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and communicating their needs to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify business issues, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
