About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and aware of other HR technologies
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices for successful implementations
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client key users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
Requirements
  • Proven experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology
  • Good understanding of HR processes, with a high level of English essential and French or German welcome
  • Autonomy and self-management, with a willingness to work in a growth company where processes and yourself are constantly challenged and improved
