What we are looking for:

  • Experience in the SF EC module (4+ years)
  • At least one end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC
  • SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus
  • A good understanding of HR processes
  • A high level of English language (at least B2-C1)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology
  • A self-managing individual who likes autonomy and taking initiative

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will have the responsibility of working on medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

You will also have the opportunity to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending on your skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central
  • Guiding clients on SAP best practice and innovations, while being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
  • Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
  • Designing and configuring SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions for client's key users
  • Ensuring effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support
  • Collaborating with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
