Dutch Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dutch Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for catering to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about our facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
- Providing Information and Assistance: Provide accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Offer upgrades to premium accommodations, recommend additional activities or dining options, or suggest add-on packages to enhance the customer's experience.
- Processing Bookings and Reservations: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately.
- Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Following Up on Leads: Contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services but have not yet made a booking.
- Maintaining Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.
- High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience
- Known for your elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills
- Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude
- Dynamic, a team player, and have good self-control
