Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Valencia. As a Software Engineer for Interlocking Generic Application and Control Center Data Testing, you will be responsible for applying technical solutions according to requirements, starting with product requirements, design, verification plan, and testing activities, collaborating with the development team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Test and validate Interlocking Generic application and Control Center applications.
  2. Analyze and execute tasks, considering automation as part of continuous improvement of the results achieved.
  3. Develop tests specifications based on a deep analysis of Requirement Specification, including traceability and completeness.
  4. Manage changes and analyze their impact.
  5. Act as an interface to other specialist areas, subcontractors, and customers as required.
  6. Support strategic initiatives within the Data Testing Area.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, with railways specific specialization.
  2. 2 years' experience in Rail Signaling business, with good knowledge of validation activities.
  3. Knowledge of CENELEC standards EN50126, EN50129, EN50128, EN50159.
  4. Strong self-motivated person with a natural focus on process improvement and solutions for automation.
  5. Strong self-motivated person with a natural focus on customer needs without sacrificing project KPIs.
  6. Perfect communication skills.
  7. Excellent team player.
  8. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  9. Readiness for travel.
  10. Self-confident and proactive.
