We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Sales Professional to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Utilize CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in focused sales activities, such as industry-specific outreach and business development initiatives
- Provide exceptional client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessary
- Assist with business travel queries and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2)
- In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Positive work attitude and proactive approach
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Sales experience required; hospitality background is beneficial
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus
