Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization. This role involves partnering with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Global Accounts in the Benelux market by identifying areas of growth and expansion opportunities
  • Prospecting and conducting research on accounts using various tools, including Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Developing an understanding of the customer's usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant information
  • Creating comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
  • Executing multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiences
  • Using CRM to track activities and work to meet defined KPIs
