Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Expert Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our Business Transformation Services (BTS) team, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement and process excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to drive business value.
- Application Support: Provide expert-level support for business applications, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and implementing technical solutions.
- Change Management: Lead the implementation of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment with our Global Reference Model (GRM) and driving business process changes.
- Business Analysis: Analyze business process/system changes requests, prioritize changes, and check the impact on GRM and applications customizing.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between process areas and Power Users, keeping them informed and knowledgeable about systems and business processes.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in application support, process improvement, and change management.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
