Job Title: Space Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Systems Engineer to join our team at Alén Space. As a key member of our Systems Engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing space systems for our nanosatellite missions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop mission concepts that meet customer requirements
  • Design and define space system architectures
  • Select physical components for chosen architectures
  • Define mission and technical specifications for all subsystems
  • Conduct system performance analysis and manage technical budgets
  • Manage internal and external interfaces for all mission elements
  • Develop internal mission analysis tools
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Over 2/3 years of experience in space industry, specifically with small satellites or CubeSats
  • Good knowledge of STK or GMAT
  • Solid understanding of Systems Engineering principles
  • Advanced skills in Python programming
  • Fluency in English
