About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German language marketing specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for advising clients on effective advertising strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted online advertising campaigns for German-speaking clients.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Engage in ongoing training and certification to enhance your skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Native German speaker with excellent language skills.
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
  • At least 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns.
  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and online advertising.
  • Eagerness to learn and advance in the field.
