Job Title: Junior Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at German-World, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a reliable consultant with partners to onboard and develop successful pay per click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Identify and assess accurately our partners' needs and goals.
  • Create opportunities for maximizing spend, upsell & sustainability.
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls.
  • Manage and engage proactively by phone our large portfolio of prospective partners on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
  • Native in German, both oral and written.
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree in the field of Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications will be considered as a strong advantage).
  • Years' experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond in terms of productivity, readiness, sustainability, task points, compliance & customer satisfaction KPIs.
