About the Role

Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our embedded banking services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our bank accounts offering to large commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy for embedded banking services, working closely with commercial teams and customers to understand their needs and translate feedback into product enhancements.
  • Manage the end-to-end development of banking products, including scoping, prioritization, and roadmapping.
  • Collaborate with engineers and multiple teams within Adyen, as well as external partners, to ensure the best offering for our customers.
  • Roll out and optimize embedded banking services for top customer brands worldwide.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in embedded banking products within a fintech or financial services environment, with a focus on scaling treasury products.
  • Experience in product management for embedded banking products in various jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury Products, including Banking as a Service, Bank transfers, Confirmation of Payee, and Bank Statements.
  • Ability to form a vision and work with engineering teams to implement it.
  • Hands-on project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and get projects done on time.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures.
