**Key Responsibilities**
Oversee and troubleshoot process automation systems and their related networks and interfaces. Provide corrective assistance in response to system errors or failures, acting as the primary escalation point from the facility. Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance (PPM) along with health assessments on systems. Engage in software and hardware upgrades. Adhere to all established Dow Process Automation protocols, including Problem Resolution and Request Management, S&OP Case entry, and updates to the Engineering and Maintenance Asset database. Execute minor project tasks such as system installation, configuration, design, and development. Monitor and redeploy assets as necessary. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to plant system focal points and other site support personnel. Collaborate with plant personnel who assist with process control on troubleshooting and upgrades. Supervise system diagnostics in alignment with plant process control staff. Participate in risk assessments when system modifications are needed. Escalate issues to additional support resources and ensure follow-up as required.**Qualifications**
An Associate's Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, Networking, or a related field, along with experience in process control, manufacturing, or a similar area is preferred. Equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.**Benefits Offered by Dow**
