About the Role

Rijk Zwaan Italia S.R.L. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Selection and Onboarding: Collaborate with management to identify and select top talent that aligns with our company values and culture.
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance to team leaders on various HR-related matters, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration, and team development.
  • Culture Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Project Management: Participate in or lead HR projects that drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English (level C1).
