Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients, including BYOD parents.
• Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Processing customer orders and enquiries within Service Level Agreements.
• Maintaining order and case quantity across the month to meet Key Performance Indicators.
• Assisting with additional tasks as required by the business.
• Ensuring backorders are maintained and supplier invoices are regularly followed up.
• Developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Experience working in administration, sales processing, or customer service.
• A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through.
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
• Experience with SalesForce and ServiceCloud is highly advantageous.
