About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product System Development Engineer to join our team at MAHLE Electronics. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development of electronic systems and products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of electronic systems and products, including design, testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of components and materials.
  • Participate in design reviews and technical meetings to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics development, with a focus on automotive electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics design principles, including circuit design, PCB design, and system integration.
  • Experience with CAD tools, such as Altium Designer, and simulation software, such as SPICE.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish and/or German a plus.
