Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the design of power electronics hardware and PCBs for Nx Tech's products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
  • Direct and execute research and development of new power converter architectures and topologies.
  • Lead the design and verification of product concepts in our R&D laboratories.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field with over 4 years of experience in power electronics research and development.
  • Proven experience in power electronic converter topologies, modulation, control, and algorithms.
  • Previous experience in the development of hardware designs for power applications, preferably in the automotive or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SiC or GaN technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
