About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our EMEA HR Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our HR Director, EMEA to develop and implement various human resource functions within predominantly Spain/Italy jurisdictions. Your primary focus will be on strategic partnering for the European Inside Sales organisation, as well as other leaders based across EMEA and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business growth and objectives
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on employment, compensation, benefits, equal employment opportunity, organisational development and design, learning and development, engagement and personnel policy matters
  • Collaborate with HR Services, HR Generalists, HR Compliance and ER Specialist teams to drive initiatives and operationalise the Regional HR plan across EMEA
  • Review and drive actions on the Spanish Equality report and other compliance-related aspects based on local jurisdictions of Spain and Italy
