Job Description

Job Title: Production Quality Engineer

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing quality standards, inspecting production processes and products, and developing effective quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize material inspections in alignment with production planning schedules.
  • Conduct product audits and inspections, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and closure of issues.
  • Plan and execute APQP activities related to Quality Inspection and Product Audits, ensuring full documentation.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and continuous updating of PFMEA and Control Plans.
  • Prepare records for RAC verification and provide support during audits.
  • Assess minimum qualification requirements for suppliers based on material type, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead supplier qualification meetings, manage non-conformance incidents, and oversee corrective action implementations.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments, supporting external auditors during visits.
  • Ensure quality standards are communicated effectively to suppliers and cascaded throughout the supply chain.
  • Oversee internal quality concessions, ensuring traceability and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide ESD and FOD training.
  • Manage Incoming Inspections and Product Audits as needed, ensuring consistency with established standards.
  • Oversee the release of Certificates of Conformance for products.
