About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled and creative Communications Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Digital Hub, you will play a crucial role in elevating our internal communications to best-in-class standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Support: Collaborate with senior leaders to craft high-quality communication materials, including presentations and videos, to engage employees and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging, visually appealing, and high-quality assets for presentations, videos, newsletters, business summaries, and all-hands meetings.
  • Analyse Impact: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your communications and provide insights for improvements.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with peers to innovate and enhance best-in-class communication practices within the entire Digital Hub.
Requirements
  • Excellent Business English: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Current Student: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in media, visual communication, graphic design, multimedia production, business administration, marketing, or public relations.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and senior leaders to achieve common goals.
  • Digital Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in visual design software, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and video editing software (Premiere, AfterEffects).
