- Deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Prepare reports and documentation on software status and operation for transparency and clarity.
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance methodologies and managing developer groups in consultancy settings.
- Passionate about SaaS technologies, APIs, and operational services, thriving in dynamic environments.
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive team member contributing to team success with creative and professional approaches.
- Proficient in software development testing and QA methodologies with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Skilled in creating clear and comprehensive test plans and cases, proficient in white box and black box testing.
- Advanced testing skills in Python, complemented by some experience in Java tools (desired but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and high-performance computing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, effective communicator with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent worker with attention to detail and efficiency, committed to continuous improvement.
- Maintains reliability and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
