Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bilbao. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, developing marketing materials, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Create and manage ID campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated workflows.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop marketing content, including emails, brochures, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional materials. Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Event Organization: Plan and coordinate company events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events. Manage all logistical aspects, from venue bookings to attendee management and event promotion.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in industrial products (B2B) for the energy or chemicals industries. Experience using HubSpot for creating and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze campaign data and present clear and understandable reports. Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.
