Job Title: Sales Engineer HVAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer HVAC to join our team at Panasonic. As a Sales Engineer HVAC, you will be responsible for identifying and visiting target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to identify projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to identify projects.
  • Support the consultants and the installers in designing the projects with Panasonic solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • Follow up on projects in Salesforce and the project pipeline regularly.
  • Support installers and consultants with training regarding the products and software for the responsible product category.
  • Provide market feedback to the Product Managers to influence strategy/tactics review and future product development.
  • Suggest appropriate measures to achieve strategic company goals.
  • Build strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers to increase project business.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal partners to follow up on project installations from product sales to commissioning, minimizing risks of installation problems.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of the project pipeline and progress in relevant systems.
Requirements:
  • Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Experience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial.
  • Proficient understanding of processes, technologies, products, or other relevant fields of expertise.
  • Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
  • Understanding of the impact of legislation and regulations relevant to the business or function.
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills.
