What We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team and create a memorable experience for our customers, transmitting our brand's passion with enthusiasm and helping them find what they're looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Your main objectives as a Sales Consultant will be to achieve sales targets, maintain a well-organized and up-to-date store with the necessary products, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and providing top-notch service, reflecting the brand's values.
  • Sales: Achieve sales targets and KPIS, transmitting the brand's value differential to customers.
  • Store Operations: Work as a team, perform inventory, manage stock, operate the cash register, and create daily reports to ensure the store runs smoothly.
  • Store Image: Maintain a well-organized store, following visual standards, and keep it up-to-date with the necessary products to provide excellent service.
  • Cultural Fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, friendly, and has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic, and can connect with customers.

You should be curious about learning new skills, know the products well, and, of course, have a passion for fashion.

What You Need to Succeed
  • At least two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English and other languages are valued.
  • Excellent teamwork and commercial mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
