About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Architect, Data to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our IT consulting team, you will work closely with our clients to assess and coach their IT teams, define IT strategies, and develop technical concepts for data architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and coach clients' IT teams to develop effective data architecture strategies
  • Define and implement data architecture solutions using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud)
  • Design and implement data integration platforms, orchestrating complex data workflows and transformations using tools such as DataStage, Informatica, and Data Factory
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking Data Mesh architecture models that align with business goals and support scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical leadership and ensure the productivity, reliability, and security of data platforms
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data strategy, technical project management, or technology consulting
  • Strong background in data integration platforms, data storage, query, processing, and exposition technologies
  • Experience in designing and implementing data governance and stewardship frameworks to enhance data quality and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Strong analytical mindset for evaluating complex IT application landscapes and optimizing development processes
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership
