As a Buyer for Assembly Lines at Airbus, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manufacturing assets buyers' activities for the company based in Sevilla. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in Call for Tenders / sourcing projects, contributing to successful Airbus Programs rampup through best-in-class projects sourcing in a transnational environment, and using standard office tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Coupa sourcing platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Manufacturing assets buyers' activities for Airbus Group based in Sevilla.
- Participate in Call for Tenders / sourcing projects.
- Contribute to successful Airbus Programs rampup through best-in-class projects sourcing in a transnational environment.
- Use standard office tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Coupa sourcing platform).
- Contribute to the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance with Company requirements (Internal and External).
- Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to ensure complete application of terms and conditions throughout the contract life cycle, ensuring suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...).
- Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks.
- Contribute to Multifunctional / Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting, and contract life cycle phases.
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- English: advanced negotiation level.
- General knowledge in Information Technology / office tools.
- Communication skills.
