A Day in the Life

As a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for navigating complex challenges and driving business growth. You will work closely with multiple teams to resolve issues and drive business objectives.

This role requires a proactive and reactive approach, with opportunities to forecast and plan for new projects. You will be responsible for both on-the-ground tasks and more tactical work, ensuring business continuity and efficiency.

Amazon's Transportation Service (ATS) team plays a critical role in our success, using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership.
  • Communication Skills: Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Project Management: Relevant experience in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • MS Office Suite: Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business Analyst or Data Scientist: Relevant experience as Business Analyst or Data Scientist.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Relevant experience in a supply chain, logistics, ecommerce, or transportation planning role.
  • Data Visualisation: Experience using data visualisation software, such as Tableau or Quicksight.
