Digital Content Process Expert, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Process Expert to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for autonomously performing various tasks related to the publishing or assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.
Key Responsibilities- Execute important tasks independently, identifying day-to-day operational problems and suggesting data-driven solutions.
- Analyse data to highlight gaps, recommend solutions, and influence cross-team decisions.
Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements- Ability to identify gaps in a process and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to perform a root cause analysis of a problem, identify constraints, and recommend solutions.
- Experience in the post-house/studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
- Fluency in one of the following languages (German, Italian, French) with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism.
