Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Empresa reconocida, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll Administration: You will be responsible for day-to-day payroll administration on managed service and outsourced platforms, ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements.
  2. Statutory Compliance: You will meet day-to-day statutory and business compliance requirements, investigating and correcting any errors in the case of system or process issues.
  3. Payroll Processing: You will prepare monthly payrolls according to schedule, preparing documentation accurately and on time, under supervision.
  4. Data Protection and Security: You will ensure that segregation of duties and data protection standards are met, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
  5. Vendor Management: You will work with internal and external audit teams to ensure that systems and processes meet best practice, managing vendor relationships and integrating new systems and vendors.
Requirements:
  1. Payroll Experience: 1-2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
  2. SAP In-house Payroll Processing: Experience with SAP in-house payroll processing is highly desirable.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent level of English is essential, with Spanish language skills also highly valued.
  4. Education and Certifications: A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications in payroll and accounting.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with knowledge of each business and how to navigate to get things done.
  2. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work with remote locations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. MS Office Skills: Intermediate level of MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
