At 100 Lcmc Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Automation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in managing, training, and monitoring our automation systems to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and configure Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs) to ensure optimal functionality and use.
- Develop data-rich tools to deliver insights on inventory optimization and management.
- Assist leadership in providing reports related to drug inventory, cabinet usage, and making necessary stock level adjustments.
- Collaborate with the narcotics team on narcotic usage and removals in the ADCs.
- Train pharmacy staff on ADC usage and serve as a resource to nursing services on reports generated from the ADCs.
- 2 years of experience in re-stocking Automated Dispensing Cabinets (Omnicell, Pyxis, etc.) as a hospital pharmacy technician.
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Pharmacy Technology, or related field.
- 2 years of pharmacy carousel or repackaging experience; managing/building Automated Dispensing Cabinets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
