Research Scientist in Biosensors for Bioengineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant to join our Biosensors for Bioengineering Research Group. The successful candidate will work on the development of 3D skeletal muscle tissue integrated within microfluidic organ-on-chip devices.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and characterize 3D tissue co-cultures of skeletal muscle tissues from patient-derived cells.
- Design and fabricate microfluidic devices.
- Integrate the platform to drug testing assays.
- Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in cell culture and molecular biology.
- Experience in microfabrication techniques is a plus.
- Experience in microphysiological systems and tissue engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Full-time employment contract.
