We are in search of French speakers residing in Spain to fill the position of French Language Rating Specialist.
In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing and enhancing AI-driven online advertising platforms. Your efforts will help set benchmarks and guidelines for the data utilized in training AI models, particularly in areas where standards are not well-defined. This means you will be influencing the future of web-based advertising and AI models.
You will collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, analysts, and expert evaluators dedicated to enhancing advertising relevance for users worldwide. Your work will specifically involve handling data in French.
Additionally, you will engage with a multicultural team working across various languages.

This position is ideal for individuals who:
- Possess experience in AI model relevance, including data labeling, linguistic annotation, and relevance evaluation.
- Are analytical and data-oriented, with a proven history of data-driven decision-making.
- Have a keen interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, particularly in relation to artificial intelligence.
- Can effectively distill complex information, inquiries, and solutions for diverse audiences.
- Have experience in research and insight gathering, and can navigate complex issues across various subjects.
- Are capable of articulating, explaining, and defending their viewpoints in group discussions.
- Are comfortable discussing a range of topics, with a willingness to research and understand them to support consensus decisions.
- Are adaptable to ambiguity in guidelines, workflows, and processes, and are driven to help establish those systems.
Project Details
Job Title: French Language Rating Specialist
Location: In-office
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Experience & Requirements
- Required: Native-level fluency in French (as spoken in France)
- Required: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Required: Must be willing to work in-office
- Required: Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Required: Must be authorized to work in Spain
- Preferred: 2+ years' experience in areas such as AI-based relevance evaluation, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
- Preferred: 4-year university degree in any of the aforementioned fields
- Preferred: Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, particularly in online advertising
- Preferred: Strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it relates to artificial intelligence
- Preferred: Experience working in an Agile development environment
