About the Role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior IT Consultant to join our team in BCG Platinion. As a key member of our case team, you will work closely with clients to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, and collaborate with our team to transform client potential into performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architecture to leverage the digital potential of our clients
  • Evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk, and maintain client expectations and escalations
  • Develop ground-breaking projects by enabling our clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation
  • Work on a variety of technology topics, applying your technical consulting skills to strategic technology questions
Requirements
  • Between 5-10 years of experience in IT Strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
  • Prior IT consulting experience or similar roles on final clients (focused on technology, digital initiatives)
  • Strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer focus, and mental agility with a results orientation
  • Strong technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Solution & Enterprise Architecture, IT Modernisation, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Platforms, Physical & Digital Channels, ERP (SAP) & Manufacturing Platforms, Banking & Ensurance Platforms, DevOps & Bimodal IT
