Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations department, you'll be responsible for generating and delivering actionable insights that drive business value. You'll work closely with our leadership team to understand strategic priorities and goals, providing data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the People team and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and goals, providing insights to inform decision-making related to talent strategies and programs.
  • Align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with business priorities to measure the success of initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor and track progress.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of our People data, partnering with our Systems & Data Analyst to identify and address data inconsistencies.
  • Shape the direction of our Analytics capabilities, driving continuous improvement in data, processes, methods, and tools.
  • Develop analytical questions, identify and analyze required data, test hypotheses, and present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Partner with the People team and business leaders to drive positive outcomes from actionable data insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and benchmarks to inform our Analytics strategy.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on all people data, providing advice, enabling self-service, and ensuring decisions are based on robust evidence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.Experience working with large datasets and developing data visualizations to inform business decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, including data visualization software and statistical analysis techniques.A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
