Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for cost reductions and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements.
* Communicate and validate strategies with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.
* Lead the execution of actions, including negotiations and production of main agreements.
* Manage key supplier relationships and ensure continuous improvement and value.
* Support major customer projects and manage purchases and supplier relationships for large global projects.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience in a similar organization: ideally sourcing experience of Telco.
* Strong strategic sourcing, demand management, and supplier performance management skills.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in English (optional French, German, or Dutch).
