About the Role

Galderma is a leading global pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering innovative dermatology solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Product Operations Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a world-class product operating model to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and manage existing ones throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to product teams to drive maximum product value.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team, building effective relationships and collaboration.
Requirements
  • BS/MS in operations, engineering, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related field, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, life sciences, biotech, or related field.
  • Proven experience in launching products, managing geographic rollouts, and lifecycle management projects.
  • Strong analytical ability and ability to structure, prioritize, and simplify communication in a complex and growth business environment.
  • Leadership skills including communication, conflict management, and coaching, with demonstrated practice of organizational change management.
