We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Finance and Business stakeholders to identify, evaluate and optimize commercial and profitability opportunities.
  • Lead business planning (short and long term) and forecasting process.
  • Lead the development, monitoring and in-depth analysis of key performance indicators, financial performance and risk analysis, business case and return on investment modelling.
  • Project manage initiatives and hold stakeholders accountable for delivery against objectives.
Requirements
  • Min 8 years of solid finance and commercial experience (a mixture of professional services/banking/retail/FMCG/technology is preferred), with experience in business partnering commercial teams.
  • Solid experience in translating financial information and planning into actionable insights and changes.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with management and teams across the organisation.
  • Total confidence and ease with Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Experience of working in a high growth organisation, setting up processes from scratch, challenging the status quo and driving impactful changes.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and obsession with accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage uncertainty, operate successfully within a fast-paced environment, and prioritise effectively.
  • Possesses a mindset that is growth-oriented, and can demonstrate experience in proactively expanding their capabilities and building the capability of the team.
