Job Title: ESO Quality Specialist

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is committed to delivering innovative, science-based solutions to meet the needs of consumers and patients. We are seeking a highly skilled ESO Quality Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.

Job Summary:

The ESO Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Galderma products meet the company's quality standards and comply with relevant government regulations. This role will require strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement programs at CMOs/CDMOs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve critical/major quality issues that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert interpretation and application of regulatory guidelines to ensure that CMO/CDMO/API Suppliers adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Notify management of significant quality or regulatory issues that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance.
  • Support API activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Quality Assurance role.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable regulations for drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or a similar industry.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage external partners.
  • Capacity to work in a matrix organization (affiliates, global, CMO/CDMO).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French.
