We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our Competitive Intelligence Unit at Semrush. As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop new data quality checks to improve the overall quality of our data products.
  2. Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of data quality checks.
  3. Participate in the design, analysis, and requirement gathering process to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Conduct quality checks of data from new partners and perform acceptance testing of results from data science engineers' projects.
  5. Conduct functional testing to ensure data quality checks are working as expected.
  6. Research and improve the product's test coverage and testing process.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  1. 1+ years of experience as a Data Quality Specialist or similar role.
  2. Experience working or supporting data quality of products.
  3. Good knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (we use Clickhouse).
  4. Experience with Python.
  5. Bug localization experience.
