About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for listing properties in target areas, managing client relationships, and driving business development in the assigned area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Madrid's key neighborhoods to effectively list properties in target areas.
  • Collect and verify all required property documentation, ensuring company commission policies are in place.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox.
  • Drive business development in the assigned area through farming potential properties, networking activities, and other initiatives.
  • Handle allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of sales deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, offering constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  • Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with commercial requirements and activity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Madrid's key areas and central locations preferred.
  • In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
  • Professional, good presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.
  • Financially and results-oriented, able to work in an international team.
  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Organized, prepared to work flexible hours, and a hands-on person.
  • Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients.
