Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Manager to join our Customer Solution Center (CSC) team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales-related topics for our managed accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for managed accounts, handling sales-related topics such as RFQs, pricing, lead-time, hit rate, and price negotiation.
  • Proactively maintain and develop customer relationships to build a multilevel network.
  • Focus on reaching company targets, monitor sales KPIs, and define measures for their fulfillment.
  • Maintain opportunity and quote-related information in CRM.
  • Quote and opportunity creation and follow-up.
  • Review and validate the commercial aspects of legal and quality-related documents.
  • Communicate and coordinate customer inquiry requirements throughout the supply chain, in cooperation with other team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support preparation of and participate in customer visits, as needed.

Requirements

  • Commercial training, technical school degree, or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in commercial activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-driven with a positive, professional, can-do attitude.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
