Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the overall financial processes across the Operation Area, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial guidance and advice to the business, including cash flow management, cost controls, and expense management.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and branch managers.
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing financial operations in a construction/engineering organization.
- Proven experience in ERP systems and financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
