Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Trade & Site Merchandise Coordinator to join our E-Commerce Trade team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our visual merchandising and search optimization strategies across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Merchandising & On-Site Search Optimization
- Implement the visual merchandising (VM) strategy to ensure optimal product placement and page organization.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure product displays, recommendations, and search results align with the planned strategy.
- Assist in optimizing on-site search performance by managing synonyms, filters, and search results to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Visual Merchandising Execution
- Implement the visual merchandising strategy as directed by the Digital Trading Manager.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of site merchandising with the overall e-commerce strategy.
- CRM & Content Coordination
- Ensure that all communications across CRM platforms reflect current seasonality, weather conditions, and stock investments.
- Regularly check product availability and ensure correct linking within CRM campaigns, newsletters, and push notifications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and visual merchandising strategies. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
