About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team at Vèringer Engineering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects, and optimizing resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Schedule Development: Create and maintain accurate project schedules, taking into account project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  2. Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate necessary resources to ensure project completion, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  3. Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with project budgets and company financial goals.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
  5. Communication: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  3. Skills: Advanced knowledge of project management software, including Primavera Project Planner and Microsoft Project. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  4. Language: Fluency in English, with French and German being valuable assets.
