Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a team leader by enabling teams to generate a vision, establish direction, create an atmosphere of trust, and leverage diverse views, while working collaboratively as a member of a team and executing independently.
- Solution Architecture: Architect and design scalable, reliable, and secure PaaS solutions, ensuring compliance with Azure security standards and industry best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and efficient utilization of Azure resources, and drive towards new Cloud Native ways of working such as Site Reliability Engineering, GitOps, Modern Engineering, and Modern Testing.
- Customer Experience: Provide 24x7 operations for all of Bizagi's Cloud Services, collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and pain points, and ensure our PaaS solutions meet customer expectations in terms of performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Team Management: Lead a team of Azure specialists, architects, and engineers, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and mentor team members and provide career development opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in cloud computing-based services architecture, technical design, and implementations, including Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IAAS), Platform-as-a-Service (PAAS), and Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) delivery models.
- Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
- Skills: Extensive experience in technical engineering, architecture, and/or development roles, containerization and orchestration, Microservices architecture, and expertise in cloud engineering and operations, Disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
