About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Empresa reconocida as an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer, where you will play a key role in driving the implementation of manufacturing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Implementation: Drive the implementation of new manufacturing processes, working closely with the production team to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  2. Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  3. Industrial Asset Management: Specify and manage industrial assets, including jigs, tools, and equipment, to ensure they meet the required standards and are properly maintained.
  4. Feedback and Communication: Establish regular feedback loops with the production team to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  5. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to the production team, supporting them in resolving issues and improving their skills.
  6. Configuration Management: Ensure that all manufacturing processes and systems are properly configured and maintained, with accurate documentation and records.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong background in electrical systems and processes.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in PITON, ALTIUM, IOT, and Model-Based Design Tools, as well as strong data analytics and interpersonal skills.
  4. Language: Advanced level in English and Spanish.
