Digital Marketing Specialist for Google Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Finland. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for our clients using Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features and best practices
Requirements:
- Native level of Finnish
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC Campaigns
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
- A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
What We Offer:
- Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
- Permanent Contract
- Salary conditions: from 23.876,19 up to gross/year
- Sales bonus package: up to 3.407, gross/year
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona
- Relocation package: flight ticket, accommodation (1 month), support with private Health Insurance
- 3 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and specific sales training
