Key Responsibilities
- Corporate and Legal Oversight: Ensure compliance and strategic legal support for our client companies, managing all corporate and legal affairs.
- Document Expertise: Draft, review, and assess a variety of legal documents, including board/shareholder resolutions, loan agreements, minutes, proxies, and more.
- Corporate Maintenance: Perform essential activities for the corporate upkeep of client companies, such as updating registers and official documents.
- Company Incorporation: Coordinate the incorporation of new companies or shelf companies, and assist with invoicing and transferring company files.
- Client Support: Respond to legal and secretarial inquiries, providing expert advice and resolving client issues and doubts.
- Collaborative Assistance: Support the General Manager with daily tasks and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Debt Collection: Take charge of debt collection processes, ensuring timely payments and financial stability for clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clients are always in good standing with corporate/legal and AML regulations.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle inquiries from public administrations and ensure appropriate responses and actions are taken.
- Invoice Management: Oversee the invoicing process for different clients and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
Requirements
- Educational Excellence: Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Law.
- International Experience: Possess at least 1 year of invaluable international working experience.
- Specialized Knowledge: Have experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Law.
