About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our RevOps tribe at Dojo 2022. As a key member of our hybrid team, you will play a critical role in implementing Commercial strategies for our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a thought leader for Analytics Engineering, providing a comprehensive analytical view of our current state and setting the direction for data-driven strategies.
  • Support the data needs of the tribe by leveraging dbt, Looker, and other tools to deliver scalable data products.
  • Represent Analytics Engineering within the tribe, collaborating with other leads to shape the strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor and support other analysts in the team, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to plan and deliver complex projects, driving business value through data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Ability to break down complex processes and requirements, explaining them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing analysis in commercial environments, with a strong understanding of data pipelines and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and drive actionable insights.
