This role is primarily remote, with full-time availability, and is ideally suited for candidates located in various European countries. The candidate must possess legal eligibility to work within the European Union or the UK.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Translate documents between English and the target language, delivering responses through both verbal and written communication.
- Manage and respond to drug information requests from healthcare professionals and patients.
- Provide drug information through verbal communication or written correspondence.
- Identify and document adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize writing skills to create narratives for adverse events and product inquiries.
- Coordinate responses to quality-related complaints, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Employ drug information expertise to analyze medical literature for the development of information for healthcare professionals.
- Engage in various projects, including market research and sales training support.
- Participate in medical writing tasks.
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Customer Service: Enhance customer service quality associated with the Medical Communications Call Centre.
- Work Environment: Home Office or European Hub Office.
- Availability: Full-time commitment on a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in Czech and fluency in English is essential.
- Performance Metrics: Contribute to process improvements that positively affect the Medical Communications Call Centre's performance metrics.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel, up to 10% as necessary.
- Education: Degree in Life Sciences or a related healthcare field.
- Experience: Strong clinical background with excellent communication skills.
- Language Skills: C1 level English proficiency is mandatory, along with fluency in Czech.
- Demonstrated translation capabilities.
- Education: Advanced degrees in Pharmacy or Life Sciences are preferred.
- Experience: Background in call centers, medical information, or the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in additional European languages is desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical information management systems.
